To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. You must provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full refund.
Our serviced area is a 5-mile radius. A travel fee will be assessed for services outside of that area.
New clients must have a photo id and complete client intake forms prior to their service.
ALL pets must be secured away from the service area and the service provider.
NO children allowed in the service room.
Lastly, a clean, relaxed canvas makes for a better treatment experience, please shower before your service.
Any violation of policies will result in the full cost of service being charged.
